US Military is the Largest Investor in mRNA Synthetic Biology

Q1 2023: $1.8 billion was invested in mRNA technologies and the synthetic biology industry (SynBio) for Health Applictions, with the US military investing over $400mm.

May 23, 2023: Synthetic biology is a sector of biotechnology that focuses on merging technologies with biological life forms. Using Ai and gene-editing nanotechnologies, this sector also creates multi-species hybrid biotechnologies that mimic biological species and life forms.

In Q1 2023 (Jan-March), the total amount of private and government funding invested in the synthetic biology industry was $1.8 billion, of which $1.43 billion was in Health & Medicine with the US Military being the largest single investor by far.

The suite of synthetic biology nanotechnologies that humans are exposed to through food, beverages, medicine, cleaning supplies, cosmetics, and even clothing, includes mRNA technologies, lipid nanoparticle technologies, hydrogel, and other gene-editing nanotechnologies.

mRNA technology injections (aka ‘COVID-19 vaccines) were the entry point into the use of nanotechnologies in adults and children in order to merge human cells with non-human DNA and digital devices, per Dr. Robert Malone.

Q1 2023: US Military is the Largest Single Investor BY FAR in mRNA Synthetic Biology for Health & Medicine Applications

In March of 2023, the US Department of Defense financed $410 million for Resilience, a San Diego based biotech company, to produce synthetic biology technologies for use in humans, including mRNA nanotechnologies and vaccines.

Per a March 24, 2023, press release;

“National Resilience Inc. announced that it has signed a finance agreement for $410 million in long-term loan financing from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).”

“The loan financing will support Resilience’s mission to establish significant domestic, end-to-end biomanufacturing capacity and capabilities for biologics (antibodies, proteins, multi-specifics), vaccines, and nucleic acids (including mRNA). This expanded capacity…will help secure the nation’s supply chain for vaccines and critical medicines, bolster pandemic preparedness and response, and help address a critical advanced manufacturing infrastructure shortage revealed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Part of the financing will support the implementation of innovative manufacturing platforms and technologies that aim to reduce cost, strengthen the domestic supply chain, and increase the speed of vaccine supply.”

The US military funded 29% or nearly one-third of all Q1 2023 funds for health applications of synthetic biology.

In comparison to the US Military’s Q1 2023 $410 million investment into Resiliense, the private equity sector raised $457 million in Q1 public stock offerings across six (6)companies, primarily for mRNA vaccine nanotechnologies.

My first question regarding this monstrous nearly half-billion round of SynBio financing is “Why is the US military even financing the use of synthetic biology in Health & Medicine for the private sector?”

My second question is….

Why would the US military finance $410 million for a San Diego based manufacturer of mRNA vaccine technology if it is a known agent of biowarfare?

mRNA vaccine technology is patented for use as a weapon of biowarfare.

The patent for the use of the mRNA lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) as bioweapons specifically mentions the LNPS found in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, including the ionizable lipid, phospholipid, PEGYlated lipids and cholesterol.

mRNA are Data Carriers and Software Codes per Company that raised $250 Million in Q1

The company that received the 2nd largest investment in Q1 2023 was CureVac. CureVac raised $250 million in a private equity round for their mRNA technology injections.

Keep in mind, mRNA nanotechnology vaccines are not a biologics. mRNA injections deliver electromagnetic devices that are similar to biological computers throughout the organs, systems, and cells of the human body. CureVac describes the use of their mRNA as;

“The use of optimized mRNA as a data carrier to instruct the human body to produce its own proteins.”

Let that sink in. mRNA technology quite literally refers to programmable biological computers that can operate inside living cells.

“By 2030, the smart phone will no longer be the prominent user interface. Many of these technologies will be built into our bodies.”

The mRNA technology platform consists of gene-editing bio-digital technologies that were always developed for use as weapons for the biological and neurological control of the human body. These technologies were deployed on global adults and children through criminal human experimentation. Criminal human biological experimentation is biowarfare.

Not only do the mRNA lipid nanoparticles meet the criteria for bioweapons, but also for weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) and could be more damaging to humanity than a nuclear bomb.

Yet, the US military just invested over 400 million dollars in mRNA bioweapon technology platform, while the private investment sector invested over 1 billion dollars.
