This is very good Karan but as you know and me that the technology is all ready in us the Jabbed is just more advanced. I Read yours and Dr Ann M books articles podcast it’s in everyone’s blood at this point . The only way to stop some of this is for the 5g towers to be destroyed. The only way to survive this before the human mind is altered is meditation with Jesus and his Kingdom of Heaven is the only way !! Jesus is Real

Relief to hear this. Now it's time to demote all techbros from lt. col to private.

I’m frankly shocked that you’d have a problem with sensible a.i. legislation, doc!

surely I'm misunderstanding your comment. I certainly hope so.

just to clarify, are you saying that you think the (Lipstick on a Pig Beautiful Bill, my phrasing) subsection banning States and localities from passing laws regulating AI is "sensible a.i. legislation?"

if not, I'm curious which part of this article you find to be against regulating a.i.

if so, you might want to find a more effective brand of tinfoil so it actually blocks the EMF.

Are we sure about that? Thought I saw on X that the 10-year "no state interference on the A I" stuff wasn't removed, but was cut back to five years, instead of ten?

X is run by Ai bots, but you should present your evidence to the Financial Times. Best wishes. https://www.ft.com/content/77d2de10-b31b-4543-acdf-ff92f9993455

Thanks for the link. So the AI/states restriction is completely removed from the BBB and Lutnick DIDN'T get his "compromise" to cut it to five years.

No. They didn’t

All of a sudden 99 to 1, any one know how that happened? can that !

Hi Marcus. 40 state Governors opposed the clause and I'm sure many senators were contacted by their constituents.

Oh, 40 governors i didn't know that , very good

Thanks for this good news Karen. There is room for hope now, at least, that a human brain may still intercede when the AI monster runs amok.

Right David?! Who knows. Each day seems more like a sci-fi then the next, but I'm glad that the Senate voted 99-to-1 to strike down this clause.

Is it asking too much that we require our representatives to read the entire Bill before voting on its merits or striking parts out? This should be the law.

Abigail Starke's avatar

Yes, agree. And we should get a copy of it too. I think we should be allowed to personally edit, vote on them.

Karen Kingston's avatar

Completely agree. I think this may have been the first time in decades that the Senate forced voting members to sit through a 17-hour reading of a mega-bill. This should always be required of the House and the Senate. The maybe they would stop allowing mega-bills to even be submitted.

I hope this is good.

I'm a bit reserved in my enthusiasm because I can think of at least one example where a law or regulation was passed in our favour...only to find out that when you really read what was passed, it either didn't have legs or was so diluted as to not warrant our enthusiasm.

Hi DK. Valid Points. The Financial Times wrote an extensive article on the Ai provision. It was completely struck from bill. I for one, am not in favor of these mega-bills and any federal laws that override states' criminal laws. I think striking the Ai ten year moratorium was a very good move and the 99-to-1 vote is reassuring that our Senate does not want to accelerate the takeover of America by technocrats.

But...I guess there's at least an awareness and counter-effort to curtail the possible pervasive enroachment of our privacy.

That can be celebrated, because (and I should start writing on my Substack again) if I were to start writing again, this topic (the so-called Singularity/man-machine merger) would be one that I'd cover, because I think it might be a choice we'll have to make one day.

Or a decision that has already been made that’ll be forced upon us when they’re ready (as has been done previously). I’ve heard it referenced and eluded to in such a way more than once and from those “in the club” that I am clearly not in.

There is an argument to be made that tech in man has already happened, a good one, although the degree is another matter, it is a combination of here already and on the way regardless of your consent - not taking injections helps - never do that, not any kind of any sort

It would be nice if we had a choice, this is possible, but not clear - and neither is the effectiveness of a "merger" of man and machine, If is my belief some will succumb without informed consent or knowledge it has happened until too late, and others the "tech" simply will not take for various reasons regardless of whether they choose or not. I certain hope we would have a choice but i hardly can believe the powers that be care about "our" choice. i know this you will have to fight all out like it's WAR right NOW, and never give up, to have a chance for you and your children

"It would be nice if we had a choice, this is possible, but not clear..."

I believe that, spiritually speaking, they have to give us some sort of choice, even if that choice is muddled, unclear, or involves coercion. Just like the covid vaccines, the truth will be made available to those who care to find it.

They may try to impose it on some people--without their consent or knowledge, but I think that for them to win spiritually, they need some sort of consent (even if it's not fully informed consent). They need our consent, and that's the freedom that we have.

I do not disagree that this is or could be the case, it is a good point to make and i go back and forth between this "need our consent , keep sub stacking!

I think that would be a great topic. There's so much content in the scientific publications and in the movies, but nothing mainstream or even alt media.
