DOJ & SEC Began Criminal Investigation Related to Pfizer's Operations in Russia and China
Was President Trump ousted by AG Barr and the rest of the ‘swamp’ for initiating the FCPA units of the DOJ and SEC to investigate Pfizer’s potentially criminal dealings with Russia and China?
April 8, 2023: During the Trump administration, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Unit of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) began criminal investigations into Pfizer’s operations based in Russia and China.
The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) makes it unlawful for a U.S. person or company to offer, pay, or promise to pay money to any foreign official for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business. The FCPA includes criminal charges for not keeping proper accounting provisions, as well anti-bribery statutes.
Russia, Russia, Russia
According to Item 9B (Other Information) of Pfizer’s November 2020 Form 10-K SEC Filing, in June of 2019 the DOJ FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) Unit began seeking documents related to Pfizer’s operations in Russia, which was followed by a similar request from the SEC in September of 2019.
China!
Per Section 9B of the SEC 10-K, Pfizer states that in June 2020, the DOJ sent an FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) request seeking documents regarding Pfizer’s operations in China, which was followed by an SEC request in August of 2020.
In March of 2020, the DOJ’s Consumer Protection Branch requested documents related to Pfizer’s manufacturing operations in India.
Interestingly, in April of 2020, Geoffrey Berman, US District Attorney for the Southern District of New York, submitted a request for documents regarding a civil investigation into Pfizer’s operations and facilities in India.
Not surprisingly, within 2 months of Berman initiating a civil investigation into Pfizer, he was ousted by Attorney General William Barr. According to Wikipedia, on June 19, 2020, Attorney General William Barr announced that Berman was ‘stepping down.’ Within hours of Barr’s announcement, Berman announced that he was not resigning. The following day AG Barr told him he was fired by President Trump per Barr’s request.
While the Wikipedia article alludes that NY District Attorney Berman was ousted for looking into Rudolph Giuliani’s alleged dealings with the Ukraine, Pfizer’s SEC filings tell a different story.
Was President Trump ousted by AG Barr and the rest of the ‘swamp’ for initiating the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) units of the DOJ and SEC to investigate Pfizer’s potentially criminal international dealings? Pfizer’s dealings which may include improper financial accounting and/or bribery of Chinese and Russian diplomats? Was Trump ousted just as New York District Attorney Berman was ousted for initiating a civil investigation into Pfizer’s potential improper business dealings and operations in India?
If one of Trump’s attorneys FOIA’s these DOJ and SEC documents, will this vindicate President Trump?
Is There One Brave Man or Woman Who Will Protect Innocent Civilians?
I have sent the evidence to initiate criminal investigations of Pfizer and have been met with zero response or interest from the Florida state attorney general and state prosecutors.
Not only should a Congressman, State attorney general, or district attorney FOIA the documents related to Pfizer’s potential criminal operations in China, Russia, and India that were released to the DOJ during the Trump administration, but they themselves should initiate a criminal investigation into Pfizer for developing and promoting a bioweapon as a ‘safe and effective vaccine.’
What America needs is one brave attorney general, district attorney, or even a sheriff to boldly stand in the truth, honor their oath to protect US civilians, and criminally charge Pfizer for developing and manufacturing bioweapons for use on American civilians.

OR . . . did they just "HACK" their way into RUSSIA? LOL!
And on duh SEC... which is another "PRIVATE CORPORATION," (See. *** *** below.... just like the DOJ since it is NOT LISTED IN TITLE 28 U.S.C. (I bet there are alot of Denial River Waders on that FACT backed statement,) and them all, got a "COME ON IN, good little ladies and gentlemen!" HUH?

The more I think about this report, the more astonished I become. I did my master's thesis on corporate capture possibilities under elitist globalization, and now we see the damage it may actually be doing to our republic. Pfizer's been around for generations, and Karen says they have about 63% of the mRNA market. Maybe they bribed or intimated Barr; maybe they went after Trump's family members. Who knows? But that FCPA investigation sure was halted.
Pfizer's like the Mob, and maybe it is in a way. Found out Vanguard and Blackrock are two of Pfizer's biggest shareholders and everyone knows the clout they have. These companies fit Thomas Dye's description of dangerous companies in his book "When Corporations Rule the World." Maybe that's what's happening, I mean everyone talks about the WEF, and I believe they are a banking Cabal lobbying group with dozens of corporate members, including Pfizer. Aside from God, who can prevail against them? I'm amazed Karen Kingston is even trying! I hope she's careful and has security. These are not nice people. We pray for Karen's safety. She's incredible.
