Mandamus - Motion to Reconsider Oral Argument
Dr. Joe Sansone filed a compelling Motion to Reconsider Oral Arguments in his case to have the court order Governor DeSantis and AG Moody to remove the COVID-19 mRNA injections from the state of Florida.
"This case involves complexities of case law, statutory law, and scientific data. There are also complex issues regarding the violation of Constitutional rights... usurpation of Judicial and Legislative authority by the Executive Branch, and the violation of multiple laws...leading to death and disability.

This case is regarding a Writ of Mandamus I filed seeking to compel Governor DeSantis to prohibit the distribution of the mRNA injections in the state of Florida, and to compel Attorney General Moody to confiscate the vials.
Yesterday the Court issued an ORDER denying Oral Argument. This means the Court will base its decision solely on the legal briefs. …
