Update: Writ of Mandamus Appeal Status
I am thrilled to share the latest update from Dr. Joe Sansone's petition to have a Florida court issue a demand that AG Moody and Governor DeSantis remove the COVID-19 mRNA injections from all counties across Florida due the unprecedented level of injuries, disease and death that they have caused and continue to cause because they meet the definition of a biological weapon under 18 USC 175 and FL 790.166. Because Moody and DeSantis have not responded, the Court of appeals issued them a notice giving the governor and AG 10 days to respond. The Court likely asserts that Joe has standing & the facts of the case are worthy of review. Honored to have written the majority of the statement of facts for this case. Brief Update:
The appellees did not reply to my appellate brief in 30 days. The Court issued an order directing the Governor’s Attorney and the Attorney General that they have 10 days to issue their reply brief. If the appellees do not file a reply brief the Court will proceed without it. I am not reading too much into this at this point. It is possible …
