Anger is a natural reaction to such as this, and certainly can be a beneficial motivating factor. It can be a challenge to maintain anger at a level where it doesn't become counterproductive.
Michael said "The Lord rebuke you". Who else has the proper right to execute vengeance? I never want to do something that is Jesus's place to do.
Besides, there's nothing that can be done to them in the flesh that even begins to compare to what will be done to them in the spirit.
They don't want Jesus to "pick up the tab" for their sins, so they're going to have to pay the price themselves.
