Informed Consent is "Endangering Lives" and "Destroying Trust" in Doctors According to Lawsuit Against RFK Jr.

Doctors seem nervous that the federal government may no longer “have their backs” because RFK Jr. is encouraging certain patients to get informed consent regarding the COVID-19 mRNA shots.

July 8, 2025: A lawsuit was filed yesterday by hundreds of thousands of healthcare providers against HHS Secretary Kennedy and other leaders of HHS for the recent changes to the CDC’s COVID-19 vaccine recommendations for children and pregnant women posted on the CDC website.

They’re also suing Kennedy for tweeting (posting on X) about these changes.
