Collier County Commissioners Unanimously Vote to Return $1.2mm NIH Grant for Public Health and COVID-19 Program
Many Collier County residents afterwards were thankful for the data presented while others were openly concerned.
February 14, 2023: Today I had the honor to speak to the Collier County Board of Commissioners and residents regarding a $1.2mm NIH 3-year grant that funds an Immokkalee workers public health and education program with a strong focus on COVID-19 CDC guidelines; including masking, social distancing, PCR testing, and COVID-19 ‘vaccination.’
Prior to the vote, Jamie Ulmer, President & CEO of the HealthCare Network, spoke in support of keeping the NIH funds as Mr. Ulmer had claimed that the COVID-19 materials were not ‘promotional’ in nature, but rather educational, and that moving forward the funds could be allocated to invest in other areas, such as diabetes and blood pressure screening.
After a 15-minute Q&A session with Mr. Ulmer and the Commissioners, I was given an opportunity to present a regulatory med-legal analysis of some of the COVID-19 materials provided by the NIH CHW program (advocated by Mr. Ulmer as non-promotional), as well as the harmful effects of the COVID-19 injections.
On January 23, 2022, Mr. Ulmer had sent a letter to the Collier County Board of Commissioners assuring the Board that the $1.2mm in NIH funds and educational materials were for educational purposes only and;
“…at NO TIME are community members advised to receive care or to follow CDC guidelines such as getting vaccinated or wearing a mask.”
- Jamie Ulmer, President & CEO, Healthcare Network
While the Collier County Board of Commissioners had been clear that the county was not an advocate to promote mask wearing or COVID-19 ‘vaccination’, Mr. Ulmer’s written words were disingenuous.
The NIH-funded materials clearly promote mask wearing and COVID-19 ‘vaccination’ for adults and children as young as 6 years of age.
Commissioner Kowal had noted that the CHW ‘educational’ materials only provided ‘favorable’ information and did not disclose the negative effects of the inoculations.
I emphasized that the CHW materials and objectives were in direct contradiction of the Florida Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo’s recommendations against COVID-19 ‘vaccination’ of healthy male adults and children.
I stated that when an individual’s intentions are not in alignment with yours, insincere and misleading statements are often made in order for the other party to accomplish their goals, despite your stated goals or boundaries.
In regards to the COVID-19 experimental injections, I presented a 60-second video of Dr. Joseph Ladapo addressing many of the harmful clinical effects of the COVID-19 injections that are not well-known by Florida residents or the residents of Collier County.
While many Collier County residents were surprised to hear of the harmful outcomes, I believe they were more shocked to learn that on October 22, 2020, the FDA met with industry, including Pfizer, to discuss a list of over 2-dozen illnesses and injuries the FDA and manufacturers knew would be the outcomes of the COVID-19 injections, including death.
The residents were likely surprised to realize that COVID-19 injections were not only NOT proven to prevent infection or disease, but were known to cause COVID-19 disease by both Pfizer and the FDA per the FDA submitted September 17, 2021 document.
As I have said in many media interviews, I explained to the commissioners and residents that a biological agent that does not prevent infection or disease, was not conducted under bona fide research, and results in the illness, injury and harm of adults and children was not only in violation of the laws of the Food & Drug Consumer Protection Act…..
….but could only be categorized as a bioweapon under 18 USC 175.
Commissioner Chris Hall made a motion to return the $1.2mm NIH grant, which was seconded by Commissioner William McDaniel. All five (5) commissioners unanimously voted to support the motion and return the funds.
I spoke to many Collier County residents afterwards who were thankful for the data presented while others were openly concerned. I believe there’s an opportunity and a need to have educational resources that contain the full-disclosure regarding the criminal experimentation on adults and children with (EUA) COVID-19 injections not only in Collier County, but throughout Florida and the United States of America.
Many residents in Collier County are eager to have COVID-19 injections recalled due to fact that they provide no clinical benefits in preventing COVID-19 infection or disease and have caused significant illnesses and injuries leading to ER visits, hospitalization, permanent disabilities, and/or even death in hundreds of thousands of Americans.
I am honored to have had the opportunity to support the public health requests and needs of Collier County residents and will continue to do so, not only here in Collier, but throughout other communities in Florida.
